Talent Worx is seeking an experienced Apps Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Applications finance-related modules. Your expertise will help clients improve their financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and streamline financial operations.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that the financial applications align with industry best practices. Your role will involve delivering effective solutions that meet clients' needs while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Financial applications, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and develop customized solutions within the finance module.
  • Provide functional expertise during upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of finance applications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize finance processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate financial processes with other business applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-12 years of experience in finance functional consulting with experience in Oracle Applications.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in implementing and configuring Oracle Finance modules.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Oracle certification in financials is preferred.
