Job Description:We are seeking experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional professionals with strong expertise in modules such as Accounts Payables AP Accounts Receivables AR and General Ledger GLThe ideal candidate should possess excellent consultation skills and a solid understanding of end to end financial processes including Procure to Pay P2P and Order to Cash O2CKey Responsibilities:A day in the life of an InfoscionAs part of the Infosys consulting team your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition effort estimation diagnosis solution generation and design and deploymentYou will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys information available in public domains vendor evaluation information etcand build POCsYou will create requirement specifications from the business needs define the to be processes and detailed functional designs based on requirementsYou will support configuring solution requirements on the products understand if any issues diagnose the root cause of such issues seek clarifications and then identify and shortlist solution alternativesYou will also contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customersIf you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey this is the place for youTechnical Requirements:Oracle EBS ModulesAccounts Payables APAccounts Receivables ARGeneral Ledger GLCostingCash ManagementFixed AssetsI Receivables I ExpensesLeases Suppliers Capital ProjectsAdditional InformationProven experience in Oracle Finance implementations and rolloutsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExposure to SCM and EPM modulesAbility to lead and contribute to big transformation projectsWorking knowledge of end to end financial processesLiaise with business stakeholders and cross functional teams for requirement gathering and documentationLead Fit Gap analysis solution design and implementation planningCoordinate with offshore teams and manage client facing interactionsDrive milestone testing SIT UAT and support business trainingManage cutover activities data conversions go live planning and post production supportAdditional Responsibilities:Ability to develop value creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate drive growth and increase their business profitabilityGood knowledge on software configuration management systemsAwareness of latest technologies and Industry trendsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateUnderstanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models availableAbility to assess the current processes identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutionsOne or two industry domain knowledgeClient Interfacing skillsProject and Team managementPreferred Skills:Technology->Oracle eBS Functional->Financials (GL, AP & AR)
