About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant
with strong functional expertise in
Project Accounting
and
Project Billing
.

This role requires someone who can lead end-to-end implementations, support finance transformation initiatives, and ensure seamless integration across Oracle financial modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support
    Oracle EBS Project Accounting & Billing
    modules.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Configure and maintain
    Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants
    , and
    Time & Labor
    .
  • Integrate Project Accounting with
    GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, and Assets
    modules.
  • Support
    Revenue Recognition, Cost Allocation, and Intercompany Billing
    .
  • Manage
    month-end and year-end closing
    activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on
    RICEW components
    .
  • Conduct
    UAT, system testing, and user training
    .
  • Support
    migration/upgrade
    activities (11i → R12).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years of Oracle EBS Functional Consulting experience.
  • 4–6 years of functional experience in
    Project Accounting & Billing
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Oracle Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants, Time & Labor, and Expenses
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    Revenue Recognition
    ,
    Billing Methods
    , and
    Agreements/Funding
    .
  • Proficient in
    SQL
    for data validation and analysis.
  • Excellent
    analytical, documentation, and communication
    skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to
    Project Manufacturing
    or
    EBS–Fusion integration
    .
  • Knowledge of
    BI Publisher, Discoverer, or OTBI
    .
  • Understanding of
    multi-org / multi-currency setups
    .
  • Experience working in
    onsite–offshore models
    .
