Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Oracle EBS Functional Consultant 
Oracle EBS Functional Consultant to join our team and drive the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions across Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, and Order Management modules, along with expertise in process automation, integrations, and custom enhancements.

Key Responsibilities\: 

• Oracle EBS Configuration & Implementation:

• Configure and support Oracle Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), and Advanced Pricing, Costing to align with evolving business needs.

• Design and implement Drop Ship, Intercompany IR-ISO, and Back-to-Back processes for seamless order fulfillment and inventory management.

• Set up Approval Management Engine (AME) for purchase order and requisition approvals to enhance governance.

• Establish Min-Max Planning, ASL (Approved Supplier List), and Sourcing Rules for optimized procurement and inventory control.

• Business Process Optimization & Support:

• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS-related issues, collaborating with technical teams and Oracle Support.

• Work on month-end and period-end closing activities, ensuring smooth financial reconciliation and reporting.

• Enhance form personalizations to improve data accuracy and reduce errors in business transactions.

• Define receiving parameters to improve RMA (Return Material Authorization) and intercompany flows.

• Stakeholder Collaboration & Training:

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Planning) to ensure alignment between business needs and Oracle EBS functionalities.

• Conduct end-user training sessions, develop documentation, and manage a centralized knowledge repository.

• Work with QA teams to define test scripts, validate new configurations, and resolve defects.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

• experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementations and support.

• Expertise in O2C, P2P and Supply Chain Management.

• Strong functional knowledge of PO, OM, INV, ASCP, and iProcurement.

• Technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APIs.

• Experience in MD-50, CV-55, and AIM methodology for functional documentation.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS upgrades, integrations, and automation.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms and integration tools.

• Background in manufacturing, retail, or high-tech industries.

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
