Opportunity – Senior Associate (Project Finance) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:

  • Lead and manage key infrastructure project mandates—from acquisition and construction to development financing, especially in aviation, road, and renewable energy sectors
  • Drive lending and refinancing transactions, coordinate with financing institutions, prepare term sheets and loan documentation.
  • Structure transactions, manage due diligence, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout project milestones.
  • Mentor junior team members and take ownership of case delivery and client correspondence.
  • Engage in strategic legal and commercial discussions with sponsors, lenders, and internal teams.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Senior Associate level with 4–6 years of experience, preferably in project finance or infrastructure law at top-tier firms.
  • Proven track record in handling complex project finance matters.
  • Exceptional drafting, leadership, client engagement, and deal management skills.
  • Commercially savvy, independent, and capable of managing high-stakes deals.
