Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project finance, debt management, and fund-raising activities within the renewable energy sector. This role involves end-to-end management of financial closures, banking relations, and fund disbursements to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive fund-raising activities for both rupee and foreign currency loans, ensuring efficient fund management and forex control.
  • Handle pre-financial closure and banking activities, including debt/equity raising, liaison with banks, preparation and updating of PIMs, and interest forecasting.
  • Manage all activities related to funding tie-ups and financial closure up to the disbursement stage.
  • Post-financial closure responsibilities include reviewing loan agreements, monitoring investments/divestments, preparing and analyzing cash flows, fund flows, profitability statements, IRRs, DSCRs, and other financial metrics.
  • Oversee project financing, working capital financing, and fund control activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely execution of financial processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Project Finance, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of debt financing, financial modeling, and fund management.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple financial projects simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
