JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Role Overview
  • Lead finance and accounts functions across multiple real estate projects, managing financial planning, fund raising, statutory compliance, investor relations, and project-level P&L and cash flow management. Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee P&L management, financial statements, and reporting for individual projects and the overall business.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Manage end-to-end finance operations including fund management, project financing, and working capital.
  • Handle financials of multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and liquidity.
  • Maintain compliance with IND-AS/IGAAP, GST, TDS, RERA, and other statutory regulations.
  • Lead finance teams, implement internal controls, and optimize accounting processes.
  • Manage investor relations and provide MIS reporting for high-value projects (~4000 Cr).
  • Desired Profile
  • CA with 15 to 20 years experience in real estate/infrastructure finance.

Strong expertise in P&L, project finance, fund raising, statutory compliances, and investor reporting.
