We are looking for a seasoned Workday professional and leader responsible for the comprehensive growth and development of our Workday practice. This individual will drive market visibility, build high-impact service offerings, and lead a high-performing, global team to success.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Define and execute the Workday practice's go-to-market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with market and sales teams to drive business growth.
● Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative Workday service offerings and solutions that address key client challenges in areas such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management, and Planning.
● Serve as the practice's pre-sales and solutions leader, working closely with clients to translate complex business needs into technically sound and high-impact Workday solutions.
● Establish and lead a Workday Center of Excellence (CoE) to foster innovation, maintain quality standards, and act as the central hub for solutions and pre-sales support.
● Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Workday team with a hybrid onshore-offshore model. Focus on talent development, training, and creating a collaborative environment to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
● Actively engage in sales enablement, providing sales teams with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell Workday services.
● Drive the overall management of the Workday practice, including resource allocation, budget management, and operational excellence.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
● A minimum of 12+ years of experience leading Workday practice development within a leading Systems Integrator (SI) or professional services firm.
● Extensive experience implementing Workday's core modules, including HCM, Financials, and Planning, as well as experience with Adaptive Planning, Extend, Prism Analytics and Illuminate.
● Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing Workday practice.
● Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, building and managing high-performing teams in an onshore-offshore hybrid model.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
● Self-driven and highly motivated resource with excellent communications and presentation skills.
● Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to define GTM strategies and create new service offerings.
