Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Key Accounts Specialist at RADDS Capital located in Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining proper phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience following all SEBI, & AMFI guidlines.
Role Purpose:
To manage & expand client relationships in Mutual Funds by delivering high-quality service, increasing wallet share, and driving business growth from existing & new clients.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
Strong product knowledge: Equity & Hybrid categories, SIP strategies, Goal-based advisory
Good at Excel, email etiquette, client follow-ups
AMFI/NISM V-A certified or willing to certify within 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with retail & HNI investors
- Convert leads into actionable investment opportunities
- Drive monthly SIP & lump-sum investment targets
- Conduct portfolio reviews & recommend suitable products
- Maintain CRM/MIS daily updates on client interactions
- Upsell & cross-sell Financial Products (Health & Life Insurance, Equity Broking)
- Ensure smooth onboarding, KYC, documentation & transaction support
- Coordinate with AMCs & internal teams for service delivery
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Advanced Excel expertise
- Candidate should be based in and around Vashi - Navi Mumbai
