Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai, South India, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, developing strategies to enter new markets, and providing product demonstrations. Additionally, the Sales Manager will conduct market research, liaise with the engineering team to tailor solutions, participate in industry events, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales 10-12 years of experience, business development, and account management
- Strong understanding of electronic, electrical, and
semiconductor
industries - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English and Tamil
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage
