Core Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Customer Queries
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or social media inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Issue Resolution
  • Resolve product or service issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or senior support.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Record customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Maintain and update customer account information.
  • Follow-Up
  • Ensure follow-up with customers until their issues are fully resolved.
  • Collect feedback post-resolution to gauge satisfaction.
  • Complaint Handling
  • Listen to customer concerns empathetically.
  • De-escalate angry or upset customers professionally.
  • Order and Billing Support
  • Assist with placing orders, tracking shipments, or explaining invoices.
  • Help customers with cancellations, returns, or refunds.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated on all company offerings.
  • Explain product features, compatibility, and benefits to customers.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling (if applicable)
  • Suggest additional products/services that may benefit the customer.
  • Promote loyalty programs or offers.
