As a Channel Partner (Sales), you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of dealers and channel partners, generating sales of our flagship SaaS product Tempus Central (a cloud-based Time Attendance & Payroll Software), and ensuring successful deal closures. Your primary focus will be to expand our market reach, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop, manage, and expand the network of channel partners, distributors, and dealers.
- Drive sales of Tempus Central (cloud-based time attendance and payroll solution) through partner channels.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets by leveraging the partner ecosystem.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for partners.
- Support partners in deal closures and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing strategic guidance for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to support partner requirements.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications & Skills:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Channel Sales (preferably in SaaS/IT/Technology/Automation solutions).
- Knowledge of SaaS sales models and IT/software product sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple partners and drive results under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel to meet channel partners and clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
