Business Development Manager

Core Skills:
● Lead Generation & Prospecting: Ability to identify and approach potential clients through organic methods – especially via LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
● Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and nurture long-term business relationships.
● Sales Pitching & Negotiation: Experience in presenting service offerings, handling objections, and negotiating win-win deals.
● Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Ability to analyze trends, competitor activities, and target audience needs.
● Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing and executing sales plans aligned with business goals.
● Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English to deal with domestic and international clients.
● Result Orientation: Target-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and revenue generation.
Tools & Platforms:
● LinkedIn Sales Navigator – for prospecting, lead enrichment, and client outreach.
● Email Outreach Tools – like , , Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake.
● CRM Software – e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce (for tracking pipeline, follow-ups, and deal progress).
● Presentation Tools – such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides to create engaging proposals.
● Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite – for communication, reporting, and documentation.
Key Requirements:
● Proven experience in business development or client acquisition (non-bidding based).
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles.
● Good understanding of digital services / IT solutions / SaaS products.
● Self-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver targets.
● Prior experience in lead generation via LinkedIn, cold outreach, or similar methods.
Location: Chandigarh
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
(2nd and 4th Sat working from 10AM to 5PM)
Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
