As a Sky Service Potential Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and queries with professionalism and expertise. Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a banking or financial background an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building customer rapport.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software for efficient customer management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
