As a Sky Branch - RM-Sky Channel-Branch Omni, you will be the ambassador of Kotak Mahindra Bank, representing the bank's products and services to customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your sales expertise and customer relationship management skills in a dynamic banking environment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Proactively engage with customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote Kotak's products and services.
- Stay updated with the latest banking products and market trends to provide accurate and valuable advice to customers.
- Collaborate with branch teams and other departments to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, adhering to bank policies and regulations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques, staying updated with industry best practices.
- Assist in organizing and executing virtual and in-branch events to engage and attract new customers, building brand awareness.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Kotak's products, maximizing sales potential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and virtual communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and customer demands.
- Good analytical skills to interpret customer data and market trends, making data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with banking industry developments.
