Role Overview:

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll code, lead, mentor, and architect.

Youll guide a talented team, ensure timely project delivery, and keep the entire Dentalkart tech ecosystem strong, secure, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of frontend, backend, and mobile developers.
  • Oversee Dentalkart's website (React) and mobile app (React Native) development and maintenance
  • Manage backend systems using , SQL, Django (Python)
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions
  • Oversee AWS cloud infra (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch) and ensure performance optimization
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub Actions)
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system uptime
  • Plan sprints and manage tasks via Jira or similar tools

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10–15 years total experience in full-stack development.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven team leadership experience
  • Expertise in JavaScript, , React, React Native
  • Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and working knowledge of Django (Python)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving, architectural, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce / high-traffic environments
  • Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes
  • Prior work in a fast-paced startup or product-based setup
