Slay Pilates is India's leading premium boutique Pilates brand with studios across Delhi NCR. We deliver a world-class Pilates experience through state-of-the-art equipment, expert trainers, and a strong community of clients. We are expanding rapidly and looking for dynamic Studio Managers to lead our upcoming studios in Gurgaon (DLF Phase 1) and Chhatarpur.

Position: Studio Manager – Gurgaon & Chhatarpur

Locations: DLF Phase 1 (Gurgaon) & Chhatarpur

Reporting To: Founders / Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Studio Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned studio to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Ensure studio SOPs (opening, closing, hygiene, safety, class management) are followed.
  • Monitor occupancy, class schedules, and private session bookings.

2. Front Desk & Client Experience

  • Supervise and guide front desk staff in enquiry handling, trial follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Ensure premium client service and handle escalations.
  • Build strong client relationships to foster retention and referrals.

3. Team Management

  • Manage front desk executives and support staff.
  • Train the team on client communication, systems, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with trainers to align client bookings and smooth session flow.

4. Sales & Growth

  • Track and drive KPIs: occupancy rates, lead conversions, and revenue targets.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with leads, trials, and unconverted enquiries.
  • Support marketing campaigns, collaborations, and community-building initiatives.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate reporting on enquiries, conversions, and occupancy.
  • Provide weekly updates to management.
  • Coordinate with central teams (marketing, operations, accounts) to implement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, premium fitness, retail, or client servicing roles.
  • Prior experience managing teams in a customer-facing setup preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-oriented with an eye for detail in client experience.
  • Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets for basic reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + ₹5,000 performance incentives.
  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off per week.
