Job Description

  1. Manager- Resevations

  2. Having knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure.

  3. Assist customers with planning and booking reservations.

  4. Should assist customers in phone, online or combination of these.

  5. Sorting out issues arising from Reservations.

  6. Should have knowledge on services and products they are selling or promoting.

  7. Responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast.

  8. Follow up tentative bookings and update reservation status.

  9. Knowledge of generating of invoices

Preferred Candidate Requirement:

  1. Sound understanding of Sales & Marketing principles.

  2. Ability to think outside the box and see the big picture

  3. Excellent communication and written skills

  4. Target driven

  5. Presentation Skill (Microsoft tools)

  6. Keen to succeed

Qualification: Graduate

Location: Chattarpur

Salary: 3 Lac(s) PA
