Site Supervisor

Job description:

Civil work

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction works including structural, finishing, and infrastructure activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work.
• Check and verify that all materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and approved quality standards.
• Ensure safety measures are strictly followed at the site as per company safety policy and statutory regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to maintain productivity and minimize wastage.
• Inspect formwork, reinforcement, concrete, plastering, and other civil work before and after execution.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of activities to meet project timelines.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and report to higher management when required.
• Coordinate with the Quality and Safety departments for inspection and compliance.
