Role Overview
We're looking for a Content Strategist & Brand Manager to lead the creative direction and strategic positioning of Muditam Ayurveda. This role is perfect for someone who can combine creative storytelling with data-driven brand building. You'll be responsible for shaping our brand voice, overseeing content across platforms, and ensuring that every campaign, post, and message strengthens Muditam Ayurveda's identity as a trusted, modern Ayurvedic brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals and business objectives.
- Content Creation Oversight: Supervise content development across digital platforms—including website, social media, campaigns, and blogs—ensuring consistency and creativity.
- Brand Identity: Define and maintain Muditam Ayurveda's positioning, messaging, and overall brand voice.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute content-driven campaigns, including product launches, festive promotions, and influencer collaborations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to create cohesive brand experiences.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategy for engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Community Building: Strengthen our digital presence by building a loyal, engaged online community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, brand management, or marketing communications.
- Proven track record of managing brand campaigns and content projects.
- Bonus: Experience in Ayurveda, wellness, nutrition, or health-focused industries.

- Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
- Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content distribution strategies.
- Strong project management skills; able to balance creative work with deadlines.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
