Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and dynamic Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of proven experience in sales within the health sector, strong interpersonal abilities, and the drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients within the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Present and explain healthcare products/services effectively to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and management) for smooth client servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive in the health sector (hospitals, healthcare services, wellness, or pharma).
  • Strong command of English communication (written & spoken).
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
