Job Summary

We are hiring a Logistics Manager with strong expertise in SAP SD, Export/Import logistics, and international trade compliance. The role involves managing end-to-end order processing, shipment coordination, customer payment tracking, and reporting across India, META, and Egypt regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter sales orders in SAP based on inputs from sales teams.
  • Coordinate with plants, forwarders, and customers for shipment readiness and delivery.
  • Manage shipment bookings, documentation, and ACID applications for Egyptian customs.
  • Prepare export shipping documents and submit to banks.
  • Analyze customer creditworthiness and manage internal credit limits in SAP.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and maintain updated payment status.
  • Prepare weekly delivery schedules, inventory reports, and bi-weekly IFRS reports.
  • Lead bi-weekly sales calls and present overdue status and action plans.
  • Collaborate with global supply chain planners for urgent capacity needs.
  • Lead and support a team of 18 CSRs across India, Vienna, and South Africa.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP SD.
  • Experience in Export/Import logistics, customs, and international documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and handling Letters of Credit.
  • Basic mathematical skills (unitary method, percentages).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, international payment terms, and CargoX portal.
