Transportation Management:

Manage transportation modes, negotiate rates, and track shipments efficiently.

Cost Optimization:

Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

Performance Measurement:

Monitor KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and guide a team of logistics professionals.

Problem Solving:

Resolve logistical challenges to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Supplier Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and transport partners.

Communication:

Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers effectively.
