Job Title

Logistics Executive

All import-export related logistics, licensing, and documentation work, including but not limited to:

  • Order processing: Preparing and distributing internal order copies against final confirmed orders.
  • Regularly applying for Advance Licenses as per import consignments via DGFT.
  • Managing MEIS License statements and applying MEIS Licenses with brokers.
  • Arranging EBRC documents and lodging them at the bank.
  • Redemption of Advance Licenses and utilization of MEIS Licenses for clearing import consignments.
  • Applying for and managing EPCG Licenses for import of materials.
  • Preparing Proforma invoices for sales confirmation and securing customer approval.
  • Preparing customs invoices and packing lists aligned with Letters of Credit for customs clearance.
  • Coordinating with CHA and shipping lines to provide necessary documents for import-export consignment clearance.
  • Liaison with banks for export/import documents, negotiating requests, managing EDPMS, IDPMS, packing credit, forex, and forward contracts.
  • Preparing export/import documents according to Letter of Credit terms.
  • Overseeing Drawbacks, RoDTEP, and Focus Product Scheme applications.
  • Daily correspondence with overseas customers via email.
  • Coordinating with clearing agents; liaising with banks for packing credit, forex, and forward contracts.
