Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond promptly to inquiries received through Indiamart and other online platforms.
  • Communicate with prospective clients via email and phone, understanding their requirements and providing product information.
  • Coordinate with the technical and production teams to prepare and share accurate quotations and proposals.
  • Maintain follow-ups with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining a database of customer interactions and sales records.
  • Support sales and marketing activities, including product presentations and promotional initiatives.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer handling will be an advantage (freshers may also apply).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email drafting, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, handle clients professionally, and manage time effectively.
