Software Sales Executive

We are aggressively hiring a target-driven Sales Executive with 4+ years of hardcore IT sales experience.
This role demands end-to-end sales from generating your own leads to closing deals independently in Blockchain domain.
The ideal candidate will have deep sales skills, a hustler mindset, and the ability to bring business consistently.
This is a strictly target-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified business leads through networking, research, and outreach.
- Handle the entire sales cycle pitching, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and final closing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution post-sale.
Required Skills & experience:
- Applicants must be based in Mumbai, as relocation is not an option.
- 4+ years of proven experience in IT services sales or technology sales.
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply for this role.
- Strong knowledge or quick learning ability in Blockchain, Web3, and emerging tech solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, client negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate own leads independently not dependent only on marketing teams.
- Strong self-motivation and result-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹100,000.00 per month
