We are aggressively hiring a target-driven Sales Executive with 4+ years of hardcore IT sales experience.

This role demands end-to-end sales from generating your own leads to closing deals independently in Blockchain domain.

The ideal candidate will have deep sales skills, a hustler mindset, and the ability to bring business consistently.

This is a strictly target-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified business leads through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle pitching, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and final closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution post-sale.

Required Skills & experience:

  • Applicants must be based in Mumbai, as relocation is not an option.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in IT services sales or technology sales.
  • Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply for this role.
  • Strong knowledge or quick learning ability in Blockchain, Web3, and emerging tech solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, client negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate own leads independently not dependent only on marketing teams.
  • Strong self-motivation and result-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹100,000.00 per month
