Job Description: Head of Global Sales & MarketingMakhija Quantum AI — Unit of Honey Makhija Rice Pvt LtdLocation: Powai, Mumbai (Onsite · Full-Time)Reports To: Dr. Honey Makhija (Founder & CEO)Compensation: ₹60 000 – ₹ per month + Revenue Incentive + Performance EquityDate Posted: 17 October 2025Role ObjectiveThe Head of Global Sales & Marketing is responsible for building and executing the complete go-to-market (GTM) strategy for all 10 AI products under Makhija Quantum AI, driving adoption, monetization, and brand dominance in US, EU, and India markets.The role blends sales leadership, digital marketing expertise, and revenue strategy, aiming to convert each AI product into a global subscription-driven success story.Key Responsibilities1 Revenue LeadershipDesign and own the master plan to scale revenue to >$1 billion annualized run rate within 6 months.Define pricing, bundles, and monetization models for each SaaS product (API, B2C, B2B).Manage conversion funnel from lead → trial → paid user → enterprise deal.Build high-performance sales organization covering India, US, EU time zones.2 Marketing Strategy & ExecutionArchitect multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email automation, affiliate).Design global launches for each AI product (Auréole, Appliofy, Callyx etc.) with strong positioning and PR.Implement AI-driven marketing automation via n8n, HubSpot, Zapier, and custom LLM tools.Drive brand storytelling through videos, case studies, and founder-led content.3 Sales Operations & PartnershipsBuild B2B enterprise pipeline for API and white-label products.Create reseller and affiliate programs to scale user acquisition organically.Form strategic alliances with SaaS aggregators, AI marketplaces, and influencer networks.Set up CRM systems, sales dashboards, and real-time KPI tracking.4 Team Building & LeadershipRecruit and lead global sales & marketing team (10–20 people initially).Train team on AI product knowledge, pitching, and objection handling.Foster a culture of data-driven growth, speed, and ownership.5 Analytics & OptimizationMonitor MRR, CAC, LTV, ARPU, and ROI for each campaign and product.Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, pricing, and funnels.Report directly to Founder and COO on revenue and marketing metrics weekly.First 6-Month TargetsGoalTargetGlobal Launches10 AI products launched in US, EU, India marketsUser Acquisition1 million + paid users across platformsMRR≥ ₹800 crore (≈ $1 B annual run rate)TeamBuild 20-member sales & marketing organizationCost of Revenue< 25 % of gross incomeIdeal Candidate Profile8 – 15 years experience in SaaS sales & digital marketing leadership (B2C + B2B).Deep knowledge of AI, automation, and SaaS monetization models.Proven record in scaling startups from 0 → high 7/8-figure revenues.Hands-on with growth stack: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Email, Influencer, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).Comfortable building teams and processes onsite from scratch.Analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable with aggressive growth targets.Excellent written & spoken English; global communication skills a must.Compensation StructureComponentDescriptionFixed Salary₹60 000 – ₹ per monthRevenue Bonus3 – 5 % of net sales on achieved targetsEquity / ESOPPerformance-based after 6 monthsPerksOnsite HQ workspace in Powai, high-growth startup culture, direct founder accessWhy Join Makhija Quantum AI"We're turning India's AI innovation into global business success.
