Job Description: Business Development Officer (BDO)
The Business Development Officer will accompany prospective clients for site visits, explain project features, and support the sales team in driving bookings. The role requires strong communication skills, professional presentation, and the ability to build trust with clients during on-ground interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet clients for scheduled site/property visits and represent the brand professionally.
• Explain project details, amenities, approvals, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Address client questions and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support closures and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, feedback, and follow-up requirements.
• Ensure every client engagement reflects high service standards.
Requirements
• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Well-presented and confident in client-facing situations.
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer requirements.
• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and work in a dynamic field environment.
