Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Barista, located in Mumbai. The Junior Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the café, and assisting in food preparation. The role also involves offering exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with customers, and working closely with other team members to create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Barista skills and experience in food preparation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with customers
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in a café environment
  • High level of teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
