Abcoffee - Graphic Designer

**Role -** Graphic Designer

**Experience -** 3+ years

**Location -** Sakinaka, Mumbai

**Working Mode -** 6 days, WFO

**Key Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing branding expertise.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Experience in creating visual designs for digital platforms and knowledge of print production processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative design solutions aligned with brand objectives.
- Experience in mentoring junior designers is a plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Create compelling visual designs that reflect the essence of the abCoffee brand for diverse marketing materials, from digital ads to packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and branding objectives, transforming them into effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand presence through consistent and appealing visual elements across all marketing channels.
- Design high-quality graphics and illustrations to boost user engagement and promote brand recognition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into your designs to keep the brand visually captivating.
- Lead the creation of design mockups and prototypes, gathering feedback from stakeholders to refine your work.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and integration across different media.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth in branding-related design.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure designs meet the highest standards of visual appeal and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure flawless execution of print and packaging materials while staying true to the brand.
