About the Internship:
We are excited to offer a dynamic and hands-on job opportunity for aspiring baristas to join our team and learn the art of crafting exceptional coffee. As a Junior Barista, you will be an integral part of our coffeehouse, gaining practical experience in the world of specialty coffee. Through comprehensive training and exposure to various aspects of the coffee business, you will have the chance to develop your skills and contribute to our vibrant coffee community.

Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Crafting Exceptional Coffees:

- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages following established recipes and standards.
- Attend training sessions to learn about different brewing methods, espresso extraction, and latte art techniques.
- Support the head roaster in various tasks related to coffee bean roasting, blending, and quality control.

2. Handling E-commerce and B2B Orders:

- Assist in processing online coffee orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Package coffee products with attention to detail, maintaining product freshness and presentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about the specialty coffee industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
