Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through leads and cold calling.
- Pitch services to clients and close sales
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales reports
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, and promotional events as needed
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
