Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while promoting the company's products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online research.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
 - Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers.
 - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
 - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
 - Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
 - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and after-sales support.
 - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
 - Proven experience in sales or customer service (1–3 years).
 - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).
 - Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
 
Compensation:
- Competitive salary + Incentives + Travel allowance (if applicable).
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
