Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing strategies for our FMCG product lines The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer marketing excellent communication skills and the ability to manage campaigns that drive brand growth and customer engagement Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels Support brand-building initiatives to increase market share and brand awareness Conduct market research to identify trends consumer behavior and competitor activities Coordinate with sales design and product teams to align marketing strategies Manage social media platforms and content calendars in collaboration with the digital team Monitor and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations Organize promotional events trade shows and product launches Handle marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution Liaise with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing plans Track and analyze key performance metrics e g ROI engagement sales lift Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field 2-5 years of experience in FMCG marketing or a related sector Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics Experience with digital marketing tools Google Ads Meta Ads SEO CRM platforms Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of marketing software tools is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience managing influencer campaigns or e-commerce marketing Fluency in local language s in addition to English Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
