Description
We are seeking a talented Relationship Manager to join our Housing Finance-Sales team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the sales and distribution of our mortgage products through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). Your responsibilities will include empaneling new DSAs, training and developing our sales team, and ensuring compliance with our company's guidelines and regulations. You will also be the point of contact for customers and channel partners, providing updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and distribution of mortgage products through DSAs, ensuring target achievement.
  • Empanel new DSAs, evaluate their performance, and drive business growth.
  • Train and mentor the DST and DSA partners, enhancing their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) and documentation norms as per bank policies.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate closure of disbursement documentation, maintaining high standards.
  • Liaise with internal departments for smooth case processing, including credit, legal, and operations teams.
  • Handle end-to-end customer application processing, keeping customers informed of their loan status.
  • Maintain regular communication with channel partners, providing updates and support.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mortgage or banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, sales strategies, and the Indian housing market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team of sales professionals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant banking software is essential.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
