Job Summery:

We are looking for an experienced
Corporate Housing & Inbound Tour Consultant
to manage end-to-end accommodation solutions and inbound travel services for corporate clients, expatriates, and international travellers. The role involves managing serviced apartments, liaising with clients, coordinating with housing partners, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements while delivering a high standard of service.

Corporate Housing Management

  • Manage and coordinate serviced apartments, corporate housing, and long-stay accommodations for clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, booking requests, and housing assignments with accuracy and speed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and housing partners.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards and readiness before guest arrival.
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and timely resolution of housing-related issues.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and long-term partnerships with accommodation providers.

Inbound Tour Coordination

  • Plan and execute inbound travel itineraries for business travellers, expatriate families, and corporate delegations.
  • Coordinate airport transfers, local transportation, sightseeing tours, and travel logistics.
  • Communicate with hotels, travel operators, and ground partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, cost plans, and service proposals for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and client travel policies.

Client Relations & Operations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients and key accounts.
  • Understand client needs and provide personalized housing and travel solutions.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely problem resolution.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, booking trends, and tour performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Relocation, Immigration, Finance, Fleet, and Operations).

Skills
:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in Corporate Housing, Travel Operations, Hospitality, or Inbound Tours.
  • Strong knowledge of serviced apartments, corporate travel processes, and tour operations.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheet and CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
