  1. Job Description: Sales Manager

Role Focus: Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition

Core Objective: To lead the sales team in achieving a monthly revenue target of ₹80L+ and expanding the B2B client base for My Brand Box.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Ownership: Drive the team to meet and exceed the annual ₹10 Cr sales goal.
  • Lead Management: Convert inbound inquiries and hunt for new B2B corporate accounts.
  • Strategy: Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and seasonal sales campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 3 Sales Executives; track their daily KPIs and conversion ratios.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with high-ticket clients and key stakeholders.
  • Follow up on leads generated through social media/website.
  • Conducting "cold outreach" to potential corporate clients.
  • Meeting monthly individual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6–10 years in B2B sales (experience in Packaging, Printing, or Corporate Gifting is a huge plus).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, CRM management, and excellent communication.
  • Mindset: Result-oriented with a proven track record of scaling sales in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15, ₹62,373.67 per month
