- Job Description: Sales Manager
Role Focus: Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition
Core Objective: To lead the sales team in achieving a monthly revenue target of ₹80L+ and expanding the B2B client base for My Brand Box.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Ownership: Drive the team to meet and exceed the annual ₹10 Cr sales goal.
- Lead Management: Convert inbound inquiries and hunt for new B2B corporate accounts.
- Strategy: Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 3 Sales Executives; track their daily KPIs and conversion ratios.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with high-ticket clients and key stakeholders.
- Follow up on leads generated through social media/website.
- Conducting "cold outreach" to potential corporate clients.
- Meeting monthly individual sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience: 6–10 years in B2B sales (experience in Packaging, Printing, or Corporate Gifting is a huge plus).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, CRM management, and excellent communication.
- Mindset: Result-oriented with a proven track record of scaling sales in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15, ₹62,373.67 per month
