Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chinchwad for a Commercial Sales Manager. The Commercial Sales Manager will oversee and lead sales activities, develop sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating deals, preparing sales reports, and collaborating closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management and Communication abilities
  • Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Decision-Making expertise
  • Experience in team leadership and collaboration
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and relevant regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue
