Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products/services.
- Explain product details, offers, and benefits to clients clearly and persuasively.
- Generate appointments and forward quality leads to the sales team.
- Maintain and update daily call logs, lead sheets, and CRM records.
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and relationship building.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of telecalling or customer support experience (freshers welcome).
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools will be an advantage.
