Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products/services.
  • Explain product details, offers, and benefits to clients clearly and persuasively.
  • Generate appointments and forward quality leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update daily call logs, lead sheets, and CRM records.
  • Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and relationship building.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • 0–2 years of telecalling or customer support experience (freshers welcome).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools will be an advantage.
