About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and persuasive International Pre-Sales Representative to support our global sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and prospect qualification for international markets—particularly the US and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, emailing, and online research.
- Reach out to potential clients in the US and Australian markets to introduce company offerings.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
- Gather and verify client requirements to ensure accurate hand-off to sales closers.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and outreach targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in international pre-sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
- Experience working with US and/or Australian clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong research and qualification abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a professional phone presence.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
