- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive analyses of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Growth Initiatives: Explore and assess both organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances, to expand CARE's market presence.
