Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Supply Chain Management

  • Manage the procurement process for materials, components, and services required for the production of coated steel products.
  • Oversee sourcing activities to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of materials while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

2. Commercial & Contract Management

  • Develop and execute strategies for cost-effective procurement and managing purchase contracts, with a focus on reducing overall cost of ownership.
  • Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, including terms of delivery, payment terms, and penalties for non-compliance.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and procurement process, working to mitigate these through risk management plans.

3. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in procurement of Steel industry

  • Strong experience, negotiation, and supplier relationship management

  • Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

  • Expert in Analytics
  • Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, advanced MS Excel/Macros and Power Point
