To strengthen our data and business intelligence team, we are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer who can turn raw data into actionable insights and interactive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
  • Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
  • Connect Power BI with various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights that support decision-making.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Power BI development (minimum 5 years ).
  • Strong knowledge of DAX queries, Power Query (M language), and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources into a single dashboard.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics.
  • Prior experience in domains like EdTech, Finance, or ERP systems.
