Position: Implementation & Onboarding Manager
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience Required: 2-7 years
Client: Platform to automate legal dosuments
Key Responsibilities:- Understand client requirements and maintain client and partner relationships.
- Manage projects with an organized approach and ensure objectives are met within pre-agreed timelines.
- Document integration processes and best practices.
- Provide technical assistance to clients with customizations.
- Implement SaaS products.
- Work with SSO, API, CRM, HRMS, and ticketing tools.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineering and product teams.
- Having 2-7 years of relevant implementation experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset, motivated by success.
- Good understanding of the data analytics lifecycle.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Enthusiastic team player with an innovative approach.
