Position: Implementation & Onboarding Manager

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 2-7 years

Client: Platform to automate legal dosuments

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client requirements and maintain client and partner relationships.
  • Manage projects with an organized approach and ensure objectives are met within pre-agreed timelines.
  • Document integration processes and best practices.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients with customizations.
  • Implement SaaS products.
  • Work with SSO, API, CRM, HRMS, and ticketing tools.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineering and product teams.
Requirements:
  • Having 2-7 years of relevant implementation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset, motivated by success.
  • Good understanding of the data analytics lifecycle.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Enthusiastic team player with an innovative approach.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
