Responsibilities:

  • Event Production Executive will Identify the client's requirements and expectations for each event.
  • Event Production Executive will Liaise with vendors during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
  • Event Production Executive will Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
  • Event Production Executive will Maintain event budgets.
  • Event Production Executive will Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
  • Event Production Executive will Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client's standards.
  • Event Production Executive will Assess an event's overall success and submit findings.

Requirements:

  • Event Production Executive must have At least 1 years experience as an event coordinator.
  • Event Production Executive must have Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Event Production Executive must have Outstanding vendor management skills.
  • Event Production Executive must have Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
