About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute exceptional events. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of event logistics, collaborate with vendors, and ensure events run smoothly within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand event requirements and plan events with attention to financial and time constraints.
  • Book venues, schedule speakers, and coordinate with vendors including catering, decorators, and entertainers.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts to achieve favorable terms and manage relationships.
  • Oversee all event operations including venue setup, invitations, technology, and on-site logistics.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Handle event day management, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Organize post-event evaluations and prepare reports on success and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop event concepts and marketing plans.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in event management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event management software.
  • Degree or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering great events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9, ₹23,844.90 per month
