Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, and result-oriented Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for go-getters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and Business Analytics. You will gain hands-on exposure to people operations, data-driven decision-making, and strategic business support.

Key Responsibilities
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations
- Analyze HR and business data to generate insights, dashboards, and performance reports
- Understand and assess the 360-degree psychological traits of the individuals to identify strengths, learning patterns, and development needs
- Assist in workforce planning, attrition analysis, and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals
- Prepare MIS reports and present analytical findings to leadership
- Continuously identify process improvements using data and insights
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Analytics, or related fields
- Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI / SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment
- A true self-starter with a passion for data-driven problem-solving
