Junior Merchandiser

Core responsibilities

• Sales and inventory analysis: Analyze sales trends and historical data to help drive sales and optimize inventory levels.
• Product and supplier coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and resolve related issues.
• Product development support: Assist with tasks such as costing, creating product specifications, and coordinating sampling and production processes.
• Data and record management: Maintain organized records of product information, approvals, and order sheets, and prepare reports on product and vendor performance.
• Promotional support: Assist with planning and executing promotional campaigns and ensuring product placement and pricing are correct.
• Store/channel management: Conduct store visits to assess product availability, monitor display, and ensure shelves are stocked and tidy.
• Time and action tracking: Track production timelines and update internal schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
