Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team and manage the recruitment process, including conducting local college campus interviews for ITI and Polytechnic colleges, visiting job fairs, and organizing job stalls at various ITI centers for service engineer and mechanic positions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for open positions in the organization, including IT, Sales, Collections, and Service Engineer roles.
- Coordinate and conduct local college campus interviews to source and assess potential candidates for positions such as Full Stack Developer, Mobile App Developer (Android / iOS), Corporate Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Collection Field Executive, and Service Engineers.
- Visit colleges, job fairs, and ITI centers to build relationships with potential candidates, promote the company's employer brand, and organize job stalls to attract and engage with prospective employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create and publish job advertisements, and screen incoming applications.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule in-person interviews with suitable candidates.
- Organize and attend job fairs, networking events, and college campus visits to build relationships with potential candidates and promote the company's employer brand.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with the Indian job market and the specific requirements for IT, Sales, Collections, and Service Engineer roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and HR management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed for job fairs, campus interviews, ITI center visits, and other recruitment activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
