Job Designation: Social Media Content Creator ,Editor & brand Establishment.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:

  2. Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

  3. Create visual and multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.

  4. Content Editing:

  5. Edit and proofread social media posts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in the brand's voice.

  6. Collaborate with team members to revise and improve content.

  7. Daily Updates:

  8. Update social media handles across all platforms every day with fresh and engaging content.

  9. Ensure that all posts are aligned with the current trends and the organization's goals.

  10. Social Media Management:

  11. Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms, ensuring optimal engagement times.

  12. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  13. Analytics and Reporting:

  14. Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

  15. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach.

  16. Collaboration:

  17. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

  18. Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive content.

  19. Research and Trend Monitoring:

  20. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices.

  21. Conduct research to find interesting and relevant content ideas.

  22. Campaign Planning:

  23. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for both the business unit and the NGO.

  24. Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage them effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, darkroom etc.)

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.

Compensation:

  • Salary: 15000 INR per month.

  • Work Arrangement: Work from home.
